At Barnabas House, we believe support is strongest when community comes together. Our Supports & Services page is a collaborative space that connects individuals and families with trusted local providers and organization. Together, we aim to create a welcoming space where people can access compassionate support, connection, and care.

Barnabas House 

Here at Barnabas House, we provide a range of supportive services including temporary housing, counseling, coaching, wellness resources, recovery supports, therapeutic modalities. Our mission is to help individuals and families access the care and connections they need. With a foundation of faith and compassionate partnerships, we dedicated to walking alongside you on your journey toward hope, healing, and finding a place to call home.

Pathways Family Support Collective

Kathryn Richmond, BFA, BEd, MBSR MBSR Accredited through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Kathryn Richmond is a mental health educator and counselor and a founding member of Pathways Family Support Collective – Foothills.

Kathryn specializes in supporting families and caregivers of individuals living with mental illness, with a focus on education, coping skills, communication, and resilience. Please visit her website for more information or to schedule her services.

Henotic Heart 

Henotic Heart is a heart-led wellness space where healing meets humanity. Rooted in lived experience and compassion, services blend energy work, 9D breathwork, somatic healing, and intuitive support to help people reconnect with themselves in meaningful and sustainable ways. Whether someone is seeking emotional release, nervous system regulation, recovery support be it from substance use, trauma, chronic pain, grief, major life transitions or a deeper understanding of self, Henotic Heart creates grounded, non-judgmental spaces where healing unfolds naturally. Offerings include one-on-one sessions, group circles, youth programming, retreats, and restorative healing experiences. For more information visit
